Very flexible about workspace and WFH. EXCELLENT benefits and perks Cool down to earth teams that aren't cheesy and corporate like some places I've heard can be Competitive compensation unbelievable options for growth and movement within Henkel itself. Diversity and Inclusion are very visible and I'm super proud of that
Cons
Big company=slower to turn around Processes and procedures seem like a lot at first (I'm still employed through pandemic and onward though!) If not in office, can feel a little isolating being on your own for a long time. Live meetings throughout the year are a MUST
