1yThank you for sharing your feedback, even though it raises concerns about management. We take your comments very seriously and want to assure you that the well-being of our employees is a top priority.
We are for example implementing well-being programs, which involve webinars and face-to-face actions to raise awareness among our employees of certain themes like health at work.
We recognize the significant impact that management can have on an overall work experience, that's why we are highly implicated in the training of our managers, in line with our company's values. We invest in dedicated programs to support and develop their skills, ensuring they are better equipped to nurture and inspire their teams. We have for example created a training program dedicated to recruitment and employer branding for all of our managers, to raise their awareness of good practices in recruitment and talent attraction.
We attach great importance to communication and support for our teams. We foster a welcoming environment where professional and personal concerns can be addressed. We will ensure this type of situation is investigated and that it does not happen again.
