Pros
Good Benefits. Good food in the corporate cafeteria. That's about it. Nothing positionve to contribute, except the system is clinically strong and competitve clinically.
Cons
Base Salary stagnant. Operations technology laging behind current standards. No real "premiere talent" in operational areas I have come in contact with. Everyone seems to have a I dont know and don't care to know attitude, or just clueless to the fact that they should know. Management protects Management and works the rest of us to death or to the point that you have to seek health from a mental health professional.
