Pros
I have had an exceptionally positive experience working at Henry Schein. The company values new talent and fresh perspectives. The work environment is collaborative and encourages employees to learn and grow. I always feel that my ideas are heard and that they reward Team Schein Members (TSMs) for taking on additional challenges and working hard to add to the overall company goals. I've seen an investment in technology, modernization and employee happiness. The salary and benefits are competitive and there is flexibility to work remotely.
Cons
There are many "lifetime" employees here. It can be challenging to get around the "we've always done things this way" mentality. Prior to working remotely, the actual office space can be gloomy and dated.
