      Some decent people work there

      Cons

      - Actual criminals get hired - Insane micromanagement - (Some, not all) extremely trashy people. Jerry Springer levels. - Employees should not expect competitive benefits or for that to be a priority to upper managment - Lots of negative rumors surrounding owner. Owner would probably cut lunch breaks if he could - Numerous reports of shady business dealings and overcharging customers - "Under-performing" employees are bullied into quitting rather that be paid unemployment - Racist and unprofessional comments by management

      Pros

      Honestly, this is the best company I've ever worked with. You have to be self-motivated, but the owner has a very strong business acumen and will help to grow and shape the right people. Right now they are fostering an exciting if somewhat elitist culture centered around growth. They are willing to help the right people grow, and I think this company will go far. I would have stayed at this company, but due in a large part to what I learned at HEP, I have moved on to bigger and better things!

      It has a very stressful work environment. They will put a lot on you. Compensation is great, but you have to be willing to work
