There’s a high level of trust, which makes it easy to take initiative and grow in your role. Teams work well together, and management is both encouraging and realistic when it comes to deadlines and goals, which helps create a productive and balanced work environment. Overall, it’s a supportive workplace where you feel empowered and appreciated.

The Leadership Team is collaborative and supportive and has a genuine care for every member of the company to be successful and have the tools necessary to ensure a positive experience for every person we serve!

With rapid growth comes change and evolving processes. At times system upgrades and workflows are still being refined, which can require extra patience and adaptability from teams. Because of the high volume of events and clients, the workload can be demanding and priorities can shift quickly.
