      -Few working hours -A nice team -Freedom -Variety of tasks and responsibilities -Advantages: Free lunch, 10% reduction on goods (private sales organised every year) -Communication within the shops and organisation -Pride of the workers and their passion for the firm

      -Never stop running -Managers won't really have your back -Superficial environment -Image makes it all -Very few possibilities to go from retail to corp.

      Managers will not help you, you are left to figure out things on your own. You’re expected to know or read their minds. Terrible work life balance. Managers don’t respect your time. Truly the worst I’ve ever been treated
