No leave policy and they deduct heavy salary when you take a leave

Hero Mindmine Institute Pvt Ltd is a professionally managed Learning & development organization. I have joined this organization almost 2 years before and I can vouch that employees here are professionals who keep their focus on delivery & contribute to a positive work environment. At HR we facilitate` forums of dialogues between Functions, Team Leaders and Team Members. We all jointly celebrate the moments of achievements, festivals and togetherness at workplace like a family. The stray feedback provided by certain people on this forum without revealing their identity is beyond doubt is a questionable act. Anyone, who has genuinely being a part of the organization, will not hesitate to reveal his/her identity. I am apprehensive that these people have ever worked as full time employees. I guess these people can be from a disgruntled lot who have either being rejected in the recruitment assessment process (which is rigorous) or they have failed to pass the certification test as consultant trainers. There could be people from the third lot who couldn't measure up to the expectations of the organization. Summarizing the above HMIL is one of the long standing learning & development organization in the country with committed employees, robust work practices and enjoyable working environment. I encourage positive and competent professional to come over and meet us over a cup of tea or coffee to explore synergies ahead.
