Cons
The project managers needs serious training in project managent and a paradigm shift in managing projects. All they believe is favoritism and cultivation of personal bonds. Junior and middle management lacks strategic outlook for company's growth All they seem to care about is sucking clients of their money. Associates are very good at what they do but without proper direction from the project managers, they get lost very quickly.
