honestly run. i’ve had some bad times at jobs before but nothing quite like this job. You’re constantly blamed for things that aren’t your fault. Your managers will claim they are not micromanaging you but expect you to tell them exactly what you are doing every hour of the day…If you can’t speak Chinese, your Chinese coworkers will talk crap about you while you’re in the same room and constantly undermine your work. They want you to go above and beyond with zero compensation. Had to tell my boss why they should compensate our gas for an additional hour drive to where we needed to go and she couldn’t understand why i would ask for that because “you drive to work and we don’t compensate your gas” and we also weren’t getting paid for that additional drive there or back. The producer claimed to work with well known celebrities but didn’t understand basic lighting or camera movements. Has a masters in film but doesn’t know the difference between an extension cord and power strip. have horror stories from this place. No one needs money that bad. HR doesn’t care about you and neither does management. Stay far away from here if you care about your mental and emotional health.
