Pros

If you have a keen interest in medical technology and interacting with big names and influential people in that space, this is a good place to be.

Cons

No substantive training or support in the CS team, there's a lot more manual labour involved in the job than what was initially presented in the interview. inventory management and shipping clerk are good backgrounds to have but not a skillset that they help you develop.

Pros

There's a good startup culture where you know all your colleagues. You get flexibility with the place you want to work (remote or at the office). The projects and clients are very interesting and motivating. You learn every day!

Cons

It is a start-up, so for sure you wear a lot of hats. It's a good opportunity to learn and evolve.
