As a recent franchise owner they have been nothing but supportive. Lots of focus (from CEO to Team members) on staff and their experience and also the customer and making sure everything is done to give them the best experience possible. Highly recommend as both a business, for any potential franchisees, and also as an employer for any potential staff!

No cons - so far so good!

I loved this role, it’s very self demanding but you’re pretty much trusted to do your job with no micro managing, the clients are lovely the staff are all friendly a good small company to work for overall.

As a small business there isn’t a huge area of progression within job roles however personal development you could pretty much ask for anything and they’d support you. Weekend work - but you sign up to the job knowing it’s part of the role.
