Coming from a large company, it's been a great transition to small environment where I feel like my contributions matter and are appreciated. The executive team is quick to recognize employees efforts, and there are a lot of smart, hard working people on the team.

The cons here are the same con's you would see at any startup. You always wish you had more people, and if you're not comfortable wearing many hats, then this isn't the place for you.
