Cons
This is a review of a workplace that I am not satisfied with. This company is full of extremes, which evokes mixed feelings. The positives include the opportunity to gain Class 2 and Class 1 experience.
Unfortunately, the work is very demanding; you have to carry bags of flour on your shoulder, each weighing 16 kg, to the bakery, and no one offers assistance. Routes are planned in a nonsensical way, causing time losses. Compensation is based on the number of miles and tons collected, but agencies can steal a few hours weekly. The trailers and trucks are very old, often raising concerns about safety. The office seems okay, but when you have a problem, no one is willing to help.
I experienced a situation where I helped a customer, and then I was left alone in the parking lot, missing 42 minutes to return to the base. This resulted in my wife losing her job as she didn't have a commuting vehicle. The company doesn't prioritize employee safety and isn't concerned about personal lives. To me, it's like a circus run by amateurs. Despite my negative experience, I've seen fanatics of this company. If you're desperately seeking experience, it might be okay, but if you're desperately looking for a job, I advise against it. This place is a lie, with tough and hazardous work."
