      Terrible insurance, everyone talks about everyone, no one you can trust to talk to when you are having issues. They have favorite employees that they let get away with whatever they want no matter how bad.

      Pros

      Being a smaller company, there's room for individual contributions and personal growth. Management allows for a high degree of autonomy and creative freedom. Leadership makes decisions that benefit employees. There is a customer-first mentality throughout the company. There is a collaborative atmosphere to support each other.

      Cons

      As a small company, medical insurance is expensive for smaller groups, so it is not as robust as larger companies.
