      Pros

      They have gre at pay, benefits and truly care about their people. Best house I've worked for.

      Cons

      Though health insurance offered is top notch, its extremely expensive. Would be nice to get 2 weeks vacation as opposed to 1, but not huge deal.

      Pros

      If you move outside of a 50 miles radius for this job, you get 1 year of split per diem pay. Try to rack up as much overtime as you can with this!

      Cons

      As a contract employee working alongside another company, I do not get that other company's benefits. I also do not get paid when that company shuts down over holidays.
