Cons
The entire US venture has been one giant question mark. Leadership in Tel Aviv is completely disconnected from the US employees and never fully collaborated or provided the resources to be successful. Every questionnaire or sales ask was always handled with complete mediocrity from the leadership team and was frankly too embarrassing to continue trying to make this product viable. Additionally every hire on the US sales team was bait and switched and now Bob is facing rapid attrition, the very issue they claim to solve for other fast growing companies. Overall the least qualified company to be solving HR challenges, given their struggles with not only the US venture, but also the UK venture (also faced rapid attrition).
