Despite putting in a lot of effort, progress has been slow and there have been few leads and new customers. Furthermore, the compensation provided by the company to its salespeople is not competitive, which is surprising given that hibob has secured several rounds of funding. Many lies from multiple people in the company and multiple people being fired for no real reason other than not being the right fit. a hand full of folks were fired a few days before Christmas and heard some even had HR complaints out that fell on deaf ears and then they ended up fired.
