Upper management is good but everyone below is toxic and inexperienced. They promote managers based on time in the company, not on competence, leadership, or charisma, which leads to managers who basically don't know anything, aren't helpful at all, have no sense of direction and ask stupid questions in every meeting. Pay is low and no matter how good you are or how much time you'll put in you won't get proper pay. The product is just a form tool for HRs, so they say that they have tens of thousands of users but in reality, it's just a few hundred, worldwide, the workers of companies don't really count because they can't do much in the system. They also take downtime and problems in prod as if its the end of the world, as if someone not being able to view their orgchart is mission critical, life or death situation. There's a lot of hidden unemployment, obviously considering incompetent lower managers. The lead architect left, and several very important people left. They also try to get into the US market unsuccessfully for several years now, which is very concerning.
