Pros
Hiab is a great employee oriented organization. They offer outstanding benefits and a very competitive salary. They are not afraid of change and have made great advancements in equipment technology to better assist the end customer as well as the employee's servicing the equipment. There are many opportunities for advancement either domestically or internationally.
Cons
Like every organization, Hiab does have challenges but they have overcome them and are a very large player in the cargo handling market in the US.

Segment-leading products. Good work-life balance. Employee first culture. Smart, capable coworkers. As an American, the Finnish culture is a breath of fresh air compared to US companies where I have worked.
Cons
Challenging economic headwinds due to manufacturing footprint. Complex management structure.
