Our customer service is readily available - I've never seen such a productive customer service team! I do think a higher-level customer service could start at the 1st tier before even more experience with tier 2. I also would love to have client expense opportunities every month, as we are not compensated for client expenditures. Small deliveries of breakfast, or coffees, or even lunch with clients, or other office supplies like Christmas cards - not available for the sales person to expense, as it's all on their own dime. Wish that wasn't the case.
