      AMAZING. The pay, the hours, the company itself are amazing to work for. You will 100% be looked after here. No regrets leaving my job to work for Hidden hearing at all. The higher staff are fantastic, the company benefits are really worth it and all round I am just so happy here,

      Pros

      Progression from BC to ECP with thorough internal and external training. Once in a while management will sit in on an appointment for compliance and support to help strengthen our services. Regular monthly online meetings are put in place to celebrate successes and gain ideas for improvement. The bonus structure is fair. Personally from my own area I feel supported by my local team and management. I don’t feel micromanaged, in fact I feel like I’m trusted to do my job well. A lot of people working for HH are long standing employees.

      Cons

      Progression looks to only be doing the Audiology apprenticeship in Buxton. It would be nice if there were more routes such as training/management roles.
