Pros
- Everyone's opinion is sought. The management is quite horizontal in that way. - If you want new challenges everyday this is it. You will never do the same thing two days in a row. - You learn a lot, if you want to. The envelope is pushed a lot, it depends what you make if it. - People are very friendly and the feeling is that of a big family - Pondicherry is an amazing town.
Cons
- Long working hours (10 hours with lunch break included) and few holidays - Chaotic HR department. No clear cut employee policies. - Owing to the small size of the company one had to also do a lot of operational tasks. - Some departments, esp. the marketing team and Graphic Designers always worked under quite some pressure. - The bosses sometimes came across as moody.
