Pros

Cannot really think of any other than the checks are always good. Company gives discounts in retail locations, a few PTO days a year.

Cons

Workload is exhausting, upper management trimmed 30+ people out of the offices to "streamline", then doubled or in some cases tripled the remaining peoples workload. Pay did not change for those remaining
