Great insurance benefits despite no 401K matching, pretty flexible as almost everyone is a remote employee.
Cons
Poor, uncommunicative management. Uses the potential of selling and us all having equity as an excuse to underpay. Bonuses nearly impossible to receive as the goals are constantly moving or they'll decide to change them after the time period is already over.
No investment or development in employees, frequent layoffs, leave markets short-staffed to save a buck.
