Pros

High pay for managers, great bonus plan, offers insurance and 401k. Offers discounts on extra after work activities. They give you a lot of food.

Cons

Culture is one of complete dependency on the managers. There is no thinking or problem solving by the hourly associates because upper management doesn't want that. Extras become the expectation. Want lunch? Sure! That used to be a reward. Not here! If you haven't worked for the company for years then you will have a hard time fitting in. If you want a promotion be prepared to move to another property not in your backyard. Elitist mentality. Sorry but your don't rule central PA.

Wonderful company to work for. They care about the coworkers and guest. High contributes to the success of all coworkers as well as the community.
