The culture is collaborative and welcoming. People are approachable and willing to help without ego. There’s a strong sense of teamwork, and input is encouraged regardless of title or tenure. Management is supportive and open to feedback. The company is not stuck in “this is how we’ve always done it,” and is willing to adapt and improve.

As the company grows, some processes are still evolving and can feel unclear at times. Typical of startups, priorities can shift as things are tested and refined.

I know it’s my job to pitch Higharc, but the product was awesome from the outside looking in and seeing it from the inside has only increased my bullishness on Higharc as a whole. This is a 1 of 1 in the space. There’s a ton of opportunity within Higharc to make an impact in your role - I was recognized for doing good work very quickly into my tenure which was great. I’ve been genuinely impressed with how fast you can move here and how bought in everyone is. I’ve experienced a high level of trust and autonomy which aligns with the kind of culture I like to be a part of.

There can be some ambiguity that comes with a high level of autonomy and start-up structure. You have to be proactive about thinking through and getting what you need.
