-Great work environment -Awesome group of people to work with -Really exciting culture that makes going to work fun -Lots of cool perks like unlimited sick days, flex scheduling, gym membership, and more! -Really cool product -Great sense of pride in the work, love getting to help educate students and help them achieve their lifelong dreams

-Can be a bit chaotic because it's a startup -Not a lot of set processes which could be challenging for someone coming from a more formal role
