Pros
- Very low ego culture with a lot of trust and autonomy - You’re actually encouraged to take PTO (even though it’s unlimited) - Great perks, and leadership truly listens to employee feedback and makes changes based on what people ask for -Perks include wfh stipend, phone bill reimbursement, wellness/gym stipend, fertility benefits, unlimited PTO, offsites, catered lunch daily, commuter stipend -Fully remote first with flexible hours and strong work-life balance -No micromanagement even as the company grows quickly
Cons
- Would be great if parental leave could be longer - Would love Summer Fridays or a company wide early close during the summer although it's understandable why that's not possible since fiscal year end is jan
