Everything. Toxic culture, information hoarding, no onboarding process AT ALL. People only talk about things verbally and never document those conversations/ meetings so no one is ever held accountable for anything so simple tasks end up taking you 3x as long. the C*O hired all his old work pals as his directs. Nothing is automated, not kidding they use software that’d be considered outdated 5 years ago. It’s insane. If you want a job where you’ll become so stressed you can’t poop, come be complacent here!
