Pros
When I graduated last May I was blown away by the fact that every "Entry Level Position" I applied for required 3-5 years of experience. However, the team at Highwater took the time to listen to me and then they gave me my shot. Then once I started, I was surprised they continued to mentor and support. Over the past year, I have gotten all the experience I needed to land my dream job. I could not be more thankful to the team here for what they helped me accomplish.
Cons
I had to humble myself quite a bit to understand that my college courses didn't prepare me for real world. This job requires you to be an ever-vigilant student always looking to improve, but once I got out of my own way, I moved forward faster.
It took me awhile to acclimate to mornings.
