Pros
-Good perks and benefits, able to work from home on Friday, summer Fridays, happy hours and team events. - Good training opportunities. -Opportunity to work on accounts that you're interested in.
Cons
-One Principal encourages a toxic work environment by yelling personal feedback to employees across an open office. HR and leadership is out of touch, and puts on the facade that they care about what employees things. Cannot give management feedback without them expecting you to come with solutions to their problems. -Management unable to give constructive feedback. -They use occasional gifts/events as an attempt to prove they value their employees when it should instead be showed throughout day-to-day interactions. -Inconsistency in rewarding employees with bonuses, etc. -Political-driven based on relationship with the Principal's, not your work performance. -Can’t get promoted unless one specific Principal decides they like you. -Hiring less qualified employees externally rather than promoting from within. -High turnover at senior levels.
