      Pros

      The workplace is great. Good benefits.

      Cons

      CEO micromanage and focus on cutting costs. A lot of politics that affect the work/ deadlines. CTO IT is really bad the entire IT architecture is bad. Even new tech is being managed badly.

      I cannot think of even one pro to working at Hikma.

      Cons

      Hikma is run by Jordanians who instill FEAR into their employees. They only want people whom they can control. Keep your mouth shut if you have any concerns or be prepared to be retaliated against i.e. "retaliation" in the guise of "restructuring."
