Pros
Flexible schedule and worked with some amazing clients. Most of the office staff are caring and compassionate towards employees and clients.
Cons
Low pay, no paid vacation, some of the newer staff at the office were terrible- as to why I quit and then went back... I was trying to further my career after graduating university, yet no one really recognized my accomplishment or offered me a promotion or a higher paying position. Also, If they have caregivers who've been working there for years (Like me) they should have seniority over new "CNA's". I also think they should have helped Caregivers pay for the CNA school out of their paychecks and give employees discounted schooling for the training. It doesn't make sense that I worked there for 8 years and made barely over minimum wage yet worked with the most complex/needy clients.
