Pros

Since starting recently everyone has been very welcoming, kind and helpful! At any moment you can send a teams message, hop on a call or walk over and speak to folks who genuinely want to help you, which I appreciate! They aren’t afraid to pay what is needed to get the results we are looking for and are trying to create a culture of champions with winning mentalities who work hard but play hard in return.

Cons

It’s in a major growth phase- so for anyone who can’t so easily “go with the flow” to weekly initiatives or pivots it might not be for you right now. But for folks who do well with change and are excited to welcome this new mindset and buckle up, it’s been fun even through chaos.

Pros

My property had a great team- my initial regional manager was very involved, attentive and available when I needed assistance. Leasing Managers make their own schedule- HOWEVER you will usually find yourself working more than 40 hours a week.

Cons

After resigning from my position, I never received my earned bonus for move-ins from the previous month, totaling $1,900. Despite repeated attempts to reach out to HR and Payroll, my emails were ignored, even with several managers CC’d. At this point, I will have to pursue legal recourse to recover the funds I earned for exceeding move-in targets in February. My experience has made it clearer why employees may leave.
