My property had a great team- my initial regional manager was very involved, attentive and available when I needed assistance. Leasing Managers make their own schedule- HOWEVER you will usually find yourself working more than 40 hours a week.
Cons
After resigning from my position, I never received my earned bonus for move-ins from the previous month, totaling $1,900. Despite repeated attempts to reach out to HR and Payroll, my emails were ignored, even with several managers CC’d. At this point, I will have to pursue legal recourse to recover the funds I earned for exceeding move-in targets in February.
My experience has made it clearer why employees may leave.
