Newly renovated offices and great location.
Cons
Salary & OTE bonus. Exaggerated on job specs and by management. Bonus is paid quarterly; however they put in regular training weeks every quarter, making it harder to achieve target. 25% of the bonus comes from team performance, diminishing the salry earned. If your sector is underperforming, it becomes impossible. Hiring on a "bench" basis. You dont get given a patch until they release someone from their probation which is very very common. Progression is spoken about alot, however pay jumps are between 5-10% of you salary which for a great deal more work is woeful.
