Everyone is treated equally, no hierarchy system here. You talk, address your issue and get solution to your challenges from any level. No boss system. 10. Always believe in core values. If someone goes against it, will be fired. Nothing wrong in it. 11. Solidarity fund - No company can provide such benefits during pandemic understanding difficulty of employees. Hats off! Cons
1. Higher degree people whom they recruit will be provided with great salary and benefits, mostly these people are recruited from Nicmar, Symbiosis. Hardly stay for two to three years and jump to other companies becoming greedy without commitment. But one with good experience joins from small company going to suffer as they provide only 30% hike not even thinking about the future of the employees. Even though both work in same kind of market. Even though commitment level is high, end up getting less hike and will have harder days going ahead. ( Hilti only disappoints here, otherwise they are one of the best places to work for) 2. Bonus schemes not at all good. Sales and collection both must be done. Then you get incentives. Both are interdependent. Little tough 3. Too many calls, mail communications. You will end up spending lot of time on computer than customer.
