      Very good work life balance . Very good recognition for the excellent performers Ample time will be provided for investing time to upgrading skills and grabing the position in New projects. Powertrain is one of the strong technology players providing excellent services to OEM'S taking up challengeable problems of design of mechanical components and manufacturing problems.

      Cons

      Only for the people who are not ready to upgrade or enhance the skills , this company will not be good.
