I don't have anything to write.

I am in this company for more than 5 yrs. and I can tell you that the people in the upper heirarchy get paid good. But for you to move up there is quite difficult because of internal politics and old age govt. company attitude. The HR as usual is good for nothing. Their policies are better for the new joinees rather than the ones who have served for this company for many years. Here the FCA ( Functional Competence Assessment) is a Scam! GpM ( Global Performance Mgmt.) is a Scam! The HR and the finance team are first of all not reachable, they will hardly reply back when messaged. They lack basic courtesy for employers. Good for nothing departments. The employees with less package are given higher percentages of increment and the vice versa, so as to promote equal pay. Then why the heck will the employee try to perform better when they know the increment is going to be less. And don't even start about medical policies. They are here to loot us in the name of health care and this company does nothing to reduce the premium. Total Waste!

Cons

IT Processes can sometimes be complex and time-consuming, especially across global teams, and global organizational structure can lead to time taking decision-making in rare cases. If you have a passion to work with AI and Digital Skills then you will find a great spot in the organization since change management and digital adoption are always having an opportunity of improvement to compete in this AI era.
