      It's well paid for factory work

      Cons

      Managers favour friends over others. Supplier parts shortages always seem to be big problem, leading to standing around with nothing to do. Get stuck on the same jobs for to long with not much rotation.

      Pros

      Great manager, hybrid work, flexibly if you work hard, good benefits, lots of growth. The culture is fantastic.

      Cons

      Lot of restructuring, needs a directory of who manages what, titles are vague and don't reflect what you actually do but everyone is super nice.

      People tend to help one another

      Cons

      Pay is terrible compared to industry standards, no bonus/stock option, and upper management has been micro-managing the department for over a year as of 2025.
