      Amazing International Projects. Easy to travel and relocate almost everywhere in the world.

      Cons

      Limited career development in corporate environment. Evolving on projects is easier. Siloed company between rolling stock, signalling divisions and even geographically.

      Pros

      Great manager, hybrid work, flexibly if you work hard, good benefits, lots of growth. The culture is fantastic.

      Cons

      Lot of restructuring, needs a directory of who manages what, titles are vague and don't reflect what you actually do but everyone is super nice.

      Pay is terrible compared to industry standards, no bonus/stock option, and upper management has been micro-managing the department for over a year as of 2025.
