Pros
The work life balance is actually pretty good (not as much travel as most companies) Lots of very smart people. Benefits are amazing. From my experience, I've always had support when I needed or asked for it. There are a couple of great leaders, not many but some.
Cons
Very different company than it was 3-4 years ago. There has been an obvious transition away from focusing on people = the individual doesn't matter anymore. Developers, consultants, and managers have become utilization/money hamsters. Not saying this doesn't exist in other places, it's just become more obvious here. Horrible review process. No one knows what is going on, including the consulting directors. Way too much micromanaging. Having to submit our time every single day is a bit excessive. Pay used to be average, but has started to fall behind. Lost a lot of good people this past year, and will probably lose more.
