Poor culture to grow your career. Sales focus is very partial to CRM and BI. Clients are minimal at best, and quality of opportunities are abismal. I wasted years of my career at this organization, doing what amounts to growth-limiting work, rather than growth-enhancing. My leads were hardly ever physically present, nor did they seem actively interested in supporting me and ensuring I felt engaged and empowered. They seemed to be partial to their high performing, or highest revenue generating consultants. Since they became Hitachi, things have really fallen apart, and no real vision about their growth or direction is clear. I would never recommend working at this organization. You can do so much better for your career elsewhere.
