-Interesting work, great people -Flexible Hours -Health Care -401K -Deferred Comp -Health Reimbursement Good basic package but the long-term growth and support of strong employees is lacking, thus the low ratings.
Cons
I'd likely still be working here but I felt there was no opportunity for growth both personally and economically. I left and saw a 35% pay increase (including stock and bonus)! Salaries are not assessed and kept within current market rates and opportunities for promotion within are greatly lacking. In addition, I find the Executives were not open to diversity and promoting within. The company is certainly aware of this due to lawsuits from previous employees (who often won). If you're offered a role here, be sure to negotiate up-front for strong compensation ( including bonus, deferred comp, flexible schedules, etc) because once you're hired, they'll be NO reviews, assessments or raises. 4 years and I never had a Performance review....even after requesting it!
