      I lucked out and managed to be in a very good project under very good management. - Good hybrid policy, flexible - Good management but depends on project - Great colleagus but depends on project - Good bonus but also depends on project (3-4 months)

      - Salary package isn't as competitive as other companies - Limited areas for growth

      - FG best place for learn lol - Onsite

      Cons

      - Management set unrealistic KPI - Weird management between Indonesia and Malaysia - HQ employee get everything better. - A lot PM cant do his/her work - Salary review not objective - As programmer we forced to tracking our attendance and you not allowed to go home on time.
