Pros
1. Company benefit is very good, in my opinion 2. The team is friendly and willing to guide you throughout your journey with this company. 3. Good for fresh graduates to join as their first company, as you can get to learn a lot of banking and finance.
Cons
1. No longer have work from home. 2. Salary is not the best for my current situation due to the work from home policy have been removed. 3. It can be very stressful with the workload depending on the project that you are assigned. 4. The project timeline is unreasonable. 5. The learning curve is very steep. You need to be a quick learner; if not, it will be difficult for you in the long run.
