Pros

I truly enjoy working at Hite Digital. The culture is one of the best I’ve experienced — supportive, driven, and built on trust. People here care about doing things the right way and helping each other succeed. I especially appreciate the responsibility I’m given. I’m trusted to manage real projects, make decisions, and improve processes instead of just following instructions. That level of trust makes the work more meaningful and motivating. It’s a place where hard work is noticed, ideas are welcomed, and you feel like part of something that’s growing and improving.

Cons

Fast pace = constant change Processes, tools, and priorities evolve quickly as the company grows. This isn’t really a con — it’s the natural reality of operating in a fast-moving, performance-driven digital marketing industry where adaptation is required to stay competitive.

Pros

Some of the people you work with, with the exception of the "leaders and managers" are really talented and friendly.

Cons

-Layoffs happened multiple times with no real plan or explanation. People were let go, and responsibility was often pushed onto the team instead of leadership owning it. -The company promotes itself as “Christian” and “family-focused,” but that tone disappears when it comes to tough decisions like firing people. -You're expected to “sweat the shirt” and take on twice the work without any raise, bonus, or real support. -Most of the company’s focus goes into chasing the CEO’s personal goals, but only he and the sales team seem to benefit from them. -Management is disorganized and often unclear, they just want things done, even if the direction doesn’t make sense.
