Pros
The team is great, including management. They are very helpful and give you the tools and support needed to be successful. Customers are very responsive and have a generally good impression of HITRUST and are open to outreach. HITRUST is a small company, but it feels like a big company due to the name recognition in the Healthcare industry, and is becoming more recognized in other industries, as HITRUST has become industry-agnostic. Expectations are very transparent, which makes for a great work environment. Quotas/numbers to hit are realistic and achievable, with most customers actively pursuing HITRUST certifications on their own volition and rarely abandoning their efforts. Overall, it is a great place to work!
Cons
Between multiple customer calls a day, regular daily activities in Salesforce, and a flood of emails from customers in need of support tickets, and questions about the platform, the workload can be a lot (although it is manageable). There are not many avenues to advance higher in the company (promotion-wise), since it is a smaller company and each team is not huge from a head-count perspective.
