A good paying job, but with little hope for advancement - Framer Hobby Lobby Employee Review

I have been with hobby lobby over 4 years and the promotion that should have been givin to me was given to someone i was still training and was there less than six months. I have to work side by side with the man who took my hope and life away from me. And now have been told that i have to be the one to transfer to a different department in the store. right now i am hating hobby lobby so good luck to whoever reads this and have a lawyer ready for a lawsuit.
